The Executive Dashboard is a powerful add-on to Agvance Accounting that provides a visual and interactive view of your company’s financial performance and profitability. Users can monitor real-time activity in a variety of ways by clicking on filters that can isolate specific product lines and/or locations in addition to viewing data on a company-wide basis.  It’s the ideal tool for managers that need quick and convenient access to key information in order to make timely business decisions.

Executive Dashboard Features:

• Sales Summary tab compares YTD and monthly sales to the previous year for selected sales categories
• Analyze sales for the entire company or by region, sub-region or individual location
• Scorecard displays sales, profit and margin by inventory category or product line
• Display the 'Top 5' customers, products & salespeople based on filtered products and locations
• Inventory View allows you to monitor the current status of selected inventory items during key periods of your season
• View current on-hand inventory levels, quantities ordered, amounts booked/delivered, and how much product is available for sale
• Display company-wide totals of each inventory item or quickly expand the view to see a location by location breakdown
• Cash Flow tab gives a view of your company's cash position and AR status
• View Aged AR and Credit Limit status by location, region or sub-region
• Bottom Line tab displays a consolidated statement of income with YTD and current month views
• Income can be viewed company-wide or for a specific profit center with comparisons to last year
• Gauges display Profit Margin, YTD Growth and % Budget for the highlighted row of Income/Expense
