Mobile Inventory is an add-on tool to the Agvance Accounting package that enables you to perform a variety of inventory functions in the warehouse using a barcode-enabled handheld PC. There is no need to write down inventory counts or lot numbers to manually key into the computer later. Using wireless technology, Mobile Inventory gives you ‘real-time’ access to your Agvance data which means it will always be accurate and up-to-date.
Mobile Inventory Features
- Access and load delivery tickets created in Agvance
- Verify correct product selection by scanning UPC and/or lot number
- Create new delivery tickets or make product substitutions from the handheld unit
- Take physical inventory counts by quickly scanning barcodes
- Receive inventory shipments that can be imported into Agvance purchase receipts
- Access and verify an EDN (Electronic Delivery Notification) from Supplier eLink
- Retrieve product information like attributes, pricing and 'on-hand' availability
