Agvance Dispatch gives you the tools to efficiently schedule, route and monitor custom application jobs and deliveries. Dispatchers will have vision of pending work orders from Agvance in a grid and/or map of your trade area. Applicators and drivers using GPS-equipped cellular devices can also be tracked and communicated with via the Dispatch module.
Key Benefits:
- Pending work orders can be filtered and sorted by applicator, customer, salesperson, status, priority, date range, and various other data criteria
- Grid view provides running total of acres for all jobs in the pipeline or for just the jobs filtered
- Users control which columns they want to view within the grid and can also set the order in which they appear
- Thresholds can be set by vehicle or type of work to help calculate work load limits (or acres applied per day)
- Dispatchers can assign applicators and set the most efficient order of jobs eliminating costly empty miles
- Work orders can be plotted on a map based on the location of the field, customer or ‘ship-to’ address
- Microsoft Virtual Earth™ integration provides a robust mapping component for roads and aerial imagery
- Applicator job lists with tickets, route and directions can be printed for the day's work load
- Dispatchers can see the location and ‘bread-crumb’ trail of applicators/drivers with GPS-equipped phones
- Jobs assigned by the dispatcher will automatically be sent to the applicator/driver via cellular network
- Applicators can accept jobs and update the current status which is communicated back to the dispatch module
- Turn by turn navigation directions can guide applicators to exact field location or address
- Hovering over icons displayed on map will show additional details of the work order or cellular device
- Supports use of dual monitor setup so both map view and grid size can be maximized and viewed concurrently
