Agvance Ops is ready for your applicators and delivery drivers to use now! As the Apply app replacement, all future functional changes will be made in Agvance Ops, making it crucial for your staff to download the Agvance Ops app and stay connected with the latest Agvance technology on their Android or iOS devices.
Data is synced, allowing applicators to update their job status in real-time, start, edit, and complete blend and delivery tickets, as well as access customer contact information directly from their device. Agvance Ops provides users with an optimized view of job assignments and turn-by-turn directions, making navigating to job sites easy. Interactive maps display weather data, field boundaries, and crop colors. Record field conditions and auto-capture weather data for the job history.
New Features! Offline Mode & More
In areas with low or no connectivity, Agvance Ops automatically moves into Offline Mode, and a cloud icon will appear to indicate that connectivity has been lost. Work can continue, and information can be submitted back to Dispatch once your connection has been restored.
Agvance Ops is also home to new Agvance technologies with Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities, allowing users to take photos of delivery drops and include the photo in grower notifications. SKY Mapping field boundaries are also displayed in applicable situations, and non-application zones now have red hashing through the area, providing further visual differences for applicators!
With the connection between Agvance Ops and SKY Dispatch, dispatchers can easily monitor job progress and support scheduling. Once a job is assigned to an applicator, driver, or vehicle, app users can start, edit, and complete it while capturing essential compliance data. Electronic signatures can also be collected and permanently linked to custom application records in Agvance.
