Elevate What’s Possible: Agvance Experience 2026

Coming off a week in Indianapolis full of connecting and collaborating, the SSI team feels fulfilled and grateful for the feedback and ideas that sparked from those conversations. Thank you to all our customers from across the US and Canada who joined us as we elevated what's possible.

The conference kicked off with a welcome reception full of smiles and anticipation, followed the next morning by SSI President and CEO, Pam Rincker, opening with the Elevate What's Possible general session. The AI possibilities within Agvance generated excitement across several sessions throughout the week. With built-in security and permissions, users learned how AI tools in Agvance will improve how they work while keeping data safe inside the Agvance database.

Interactive touchscreen tables filled the Experience Hall with over 25 Learning Stations, giving attendees the chance to explore both new products and products they use every day and talk about best practices and the latest tools with Agvance experts. 

Some of the most memorable new experiences at the 2026 conference included keynote speaker Mike Sarraillem the #3 ranked worldwide leadership speaker, a retired Navy SEAL, and an inspirational world-record holder. Attendees also enjoyed a night at the ballpark with the Customer Appreciation reception and a baseball game at nearby Victory Field. A fun addition to Agvance Experience 2026 was the live event illustrator, who brought select sessions to life through the art of graphic overview. As speakers shared ideas and attendees engaged in conversation, he captured it all in real time, transforming key themes, insights, and takeaways into vibrant, hand-drawn visual summaries.

As we closed out an incredible week of collaborating and connecting, we're reminded of what makes the Agvance experience so special. The energy, the gratitude, and the shared drive to keep pushing what's possible. Thank you for making this year’s 2026 customer conference one to remember.
