Booking Offers
The Booking Offers tool allows multiple bookings for the same product to be added all at once! Monthly storage charges? Propane that is booked by a large number of your customers? Add them all at once whether it is for 5 customers or 500! Once you have chosen your customers and product, the tool then displays individual lines per customer allowing you to edit quantities and prices for each line. Learn more now!
Bank Deposit Filter
Simplify influxes of payments on your bank deposit screen by utilizing the bank deposit filter. When adding a bank deposit, now that list of payments can be managed by selecting and applying date ranges allowing you to see entries from just that date range. Full deposit window? No problem with the Bank Deposit Filter!
Recent Customers by Region Filter
Filter the multi-customer selection screen to customers with recent activity by pulling user location and narrowing the list by that same region or sub region. Regions and sub regions are used as criteria for sorting in select reports and allowing multiple locations. Combining these locations sorts certain reports, making them more specific. Implement this filter in your routine today.
Multi-Salesperson
Connect customer files to multiple salespeople based on inventory departments by setting salespeople per department. The salesperson assigned to the inventory department will appear on transactions based on the products in the transaction. Most transactions will include multiple products, in this case the salesperson connected to the first product on the transaction will be assigned. Learn more!
Quick Tip: Don’t forget that if multiple salespeople need “credit” for a sale, you can create separate invoices for each product!
