The new Autofill feature in SKY Vendor uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology powered by AWS and SSI to automatically extract key information from AP bills.

How Autofill Works

With a quick image upload by browsing or dragging and dropping, key details are pulled into Vendor like vendor names, invoice numbers, amounts, dates, and other crucial data. With Autofill, even hand-written account numbers on a scanned file can be matched to accounts in Vendor!

Whether you are using a mobile device, laptop, or desktop, SKY Vendor works seamlessly across all platforms. Upload bills from anywhere and know that the information is accurately extracted and stored within seconds. Scanned files are always still available as attachments to the bill for later reference.

Autofill is available for any invoice or non-inventory AP bill and each file will load as a separate bill. Once uploaded to Vendor, the bill saves as a draft and is ready for your review. Edit as needed and use the automated Agvance SKY Vendor approval process to automatically route the bill to the appropriate team members for approval. Save or post the bill when you are ready.

Turn on Autofill and start uploading AP bills from vendors today! From the SKY Admin app, your Agvance Admin can enable Autofill for the company allowing users with Add/Edit access to upload files to be scanned and automatically filled in.
