Growers can choose to order by number of gallons, dollar amount, or to fill the tank. Growers can also utilize product reorder, which allows them to order any product they have previously received. Product reorders can start with invoices, bookings, plans, or a product on the product page. Reordering from the grower portal is a time saver for both growers and ag retailers. Get your growers started with these reorder features today!

Delivery Ticket Display

Display Delivery Tickets in Grower360 to give growers access to view loaded, unloaded, and invoiced delivery tickets. Growers can also view the unpriced PDF versions of delivery tickets and see the status of that ticket. Learn more!

Grower Notifications

Send growers text, email, or Grower360 notifications when saving Grain Scale Tickets! Select the Grade Factor you want included in the notification your growers will receive along with a link to the entire scale ticket. Growers can also receive notifications upon new invoices and statements being available! Get started today.

Quick Tip: Growers must opt in to receive notifications as emails or texts.

Enhancing payment related features

Connecting with your customers to pay via ACH through Grower360 will expedite and streamline processes, simplifying tasks for both your team and customers alike. Growers can save their payment information in Grower360, so they do not have to enter it each time, allowing them to make payments at their convenience from any device.

Scheduling Payments

Growers can now schedule their payments to be posted at a later date. The flexibility to log into Grower360 to make their payments is a convenience growers appreciate! For example, when statements are received on the 5th of the month, but payment is not due until the 25th, growers can log into the portal on the day they receive the statement and schedule that payment to post on the 25th. Scheduling is available for all payments within Grower360!

Recurring Payment Options

Energy customers using budget billing can now set up recurring payments in Grower360. This will allow growers that are in a budget billing program the option to set up their monthly payment to post automatically for up to one year at a time.
