SKY Energy – Advancing the Foundation

In 2025, SKY Energy came to life as available features were released month by month, and we are just getting started! In its first year, our team rolled out bookkeeper features along with other features that have driven SKY Energy forward. Take a peek at what the energy team released last year for you!

2025 SKY Energy Releases

Daily Fuel landing page

• The Daily Fuel page opens with a snapshot view of the six lowest-reading, active tanks that are critically in need of filling in your Agvance database. Very low tanks will be marked in red, low but not critical in yellow, and tanks within normal levels in green. Our team is also accepting requests for this page. If you have ideas for other valuable snapshot views to display or anything you want to see quickly as you start your day, leave us feedback using the button in the bottom-left corner of SKY!

View, add, edit, and delete a tank from SKY

• Monitor and modify tanks from your Agvance database in SKY. The ability to interact with tank details allows your energy team to expand their workflows in SKY!

Tank Map View

• The Map View in SKY Energy is a visual of all tanks in SKY Energy and opens to a default location of your choosing. Each tank is represented as a pinpoint that can be selected to view additional details, such as serial number, tank type, and more. The Map View provides an intuitive visual for all the tanks and locations your team services within SKY!

View, add, edit, and delete energy product delivery orders from SKY

• View, add, edit, and delete energy product delivery orders directly from SKY! Another feature our team brought to SKY Energy allows users to expand their workflows within SKY.

Driver detail view

• Access driver details in SKY with the driver detail view window, where SKY Energy users can quickly locate driver information.

Access Energy Invoices and Budget Billing details

• Within the Orders tab of SKY Energy, we have also added the ability to view AR energy invoices as well as Budget Billing details that we have on the roadmap to expand on in 2026!
