Customer Details at Your Fingertips

SKY Grain allows users to quickly access and manage customer accounts in Grain View by marking frequently used customers as favorites. Both favorite and recent customers display at the top of the customer list. Account details, including regular and prepay balances, unapplied cash and cash advance information, purchase contracts, settlements, offer contracts, and sales contracts are easily accessible for a streamlined experience. When adding a new contract, SKY Grain saves time by pre-populating customer information.

Grain View organizes grain inventory by disposition, providing clearer insights into purchasing strategies and supply chain management. This feature helps improve communication with customers and enhances transaction efficiency.

Grid View for Simplified Workflow

Like other Agvance SKY apps, SKY Grain features an intuitive grid layout that simplifies workflow. Tasks such as converting purchase offers to contracts or adding transactions from futures contracts are quicker and more straightforward. This simplification helps speed up the process when a customer’s offer hits their price and needs to be converted to contract. You can also add purchase and sale transactions directly from the futures contract grid. With less steps throughout the process, each task is simplified. The grid also allows for batch printing or deleting multiple contracts.
