Keep an eye out! AutoFill will soon be available for general release to SKY Vendor! The new AutoFill feature allows users to scan images and upload the files by dragging and dropping them into SKY Vendor. Using AWS powered AI tools, information from the images is extracted and populated into the SKY Vendor AP Bill screen. The user can then select the correct vendor, review and post these bills, or route them through the approval process.

Our team has worked tirelessly to bring your most requested features to life! Now in Vendor, save your unfinished AP bills as drafts. Get interrupted while reviewing AP bills? Yeah. So do we. Save your progress and save yourself time with AP bill drafts!

Additionally, add attachments to your AP bills that can then be saved to the Agvance database and available to view within the AP bill across years. Not only will attachments be saved to the Agvance database, but they will also route through the approval process along with the bills they are attached to.
