Not everyone in your business requires access to all the information in your database. Whether it is to tighten access for job focus and confidentiality, or expanding access to share details across teams, the Agvance company administrator for your company has the control to set parameters.

Managing Access

Sharing only job-specific SKY apps and information with the necessary staff reduces visual clutter, allowing each staff member to view only what they need to complete their tasks and avoid distractions from excess information. In Agvance, company administrators can manage the content that each individual user can access in the SKY Admin app and provide access to each SKY app and its features for company users.

Access to features within each SKY app can be set independently. For example, when a company admin enables access to SKY Analytics for a user, they also choose to toggle on or off the analytics-related features. Therefore, just because a user has access to an app, it does not necessarily mean they have access to all features within that app. Access is customizable person-by-person, providing the company with considerable flexibility and control over privacy.

Sharing Data & Reports

With the company admin having set permissions that allow the right staff to access the right data at any time, Agvance can routinely provide them with key business metrics. Autogenerated reports are the next step in providing your team access and ensuring that important details are not missed. SKY Analytics users can schedule subscriptions to dashboards, allowing them to have reports sent by email to themselves and others on a routine basis, such as weekly, monthly, or another preferred timeline.
