Analytics 101

SKY Analytics is a component of Agvance SKY that equips you with over 125 interactive dashboards, allowing you to explore and analyze your business data. But first, what is a dashboard? Dashboards compile various pieces of your data, presenting them in charts and graphs to make the information easier to comprehend and access. They are organized by project, keeping you organized and ensuring the information you need is close at hand!

Overview Page

The overview page is home to your favorite and most-used dashboards. Never miss a new standard dashboard, as new releases will appear on the overview page for seven days after their release. This page provides quick and easy access to all the information that is most valuable to you and your workflow.

Dashboard Guides to Success

General overviews of what data is displayed on a dashboard are located as a dashboard guide. These bits of additional information define pieces of each dashboard.

Filters For You

Filters are typically located on the right side of a dashboard. They allow you to drill down into specific data, and many dashboard visuals double as filters! Save time and avoid resetting filter settings by saving filter views of a dashboard!

DIY Dashboards

Analytics Author can create or modify personalized dashboards! You can create dashboards using the standard Agvance data sources or customize a standard dashboard to best fit your business needs!

Row Level Security

Refine access to data with row level security. This feature examines Agvance user permissions to determine which information is suppressed in dashboards. User restrictions are based on customer, login, product restrictions, profit center, and general ledger account.

Subscribe & Stay Connected

Subscribe to the dashboards you want to keep up with! Select a personalized time and frequency for receiving email updates on these dashboards.

Download & Save it for Later

You can download the underlying data from any Analytics dashboard. Download a snapshot of the dashboard as it appears on the screen in image or PDF format.

Need a tabular report of data? Click on the set of data you are interested in, then select Crosstab or Data from the menu. Choosing Data will allow additional options of a summary or detailed view. This information will then be downloaded in spreadsheet format.
